On Thursday, Netflix dropped the trailer for the upcoming drama series The Gentleman. Directed by Guy Ritchie, the series is a follow-up to the director’s 2019 gangster film of the same. The series will premiere on the streamer on March 7.
The series stars an ensemble cast including Theo James, Kaya Scodelariom, Ray Winstone, Daniel Ings, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Giancarlo Esposito, Chanel Cresswell, Michael Vu, Max Beesley, Jasmine Blackborow, Harry Goodwins, Dar Salim, Pearce Quigley, Ruby Sear and Peter Serafinowicz.
The Gentleman revolves around Eddie Horniman, played by Theo James. Eddie inherits his father’s estate and realises that several characters from Britain’s criminal world are interested in the property. Despite having no prior experience, Eddie must adapt to the life of a criminal to avoid losing the estate.

Guy Ritchie serves as creator, co-writer and executive producer of the series, along with directing the first two episodes. Netflix, Moonage Pictures and Miramax TV are the producers.
