Firoza Khan, also known as Khanzaadi, gained popularity after her stint on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 17.’ The musician, who was evicted early from the show, witnessed several ups and downs in her journey with co-contestants and host Salman Khan. During her interview with Aajak, Khanzaadi shared her desire to work with the superstar.
Khanzaadi had a love-and-hate relationship with the contestants on the show. During her latest interview with AajTak, she expressed her desire to share screen space with Salman Khan.
Talking about the same, she said, “I want to work with Salman Khan. Then I will definitely prove myself. Bachpana hai mere andar bhi, main bhi Khan voh bhi Khan. Atleast thoda samajh jaye aur mujhe maaf karde. (I know that childishness is still in me. I am also Khan and he is also Khan. I just hope that he understands and forgives me).”
During Khanzaadi’s stay on ‘Bigg Boss 17’, she felt that the makers belittled her time and again. Thus, she had a constant request to be sent back home. However, Salman Khan counselled her on the show, time and again. Khanzaadi elaborated on the same and admitted that she is scared of the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor.
“Unhone mujhe ek baar bahut pyaar se samjhaya tha. Lekin uss waqt main toot chuki thi. Kuch bhi halat main mujhe bas ghar se nikalna tha. But yes, I respect ki unhone mujhe itna time diya samjhane ke liye. Voh bhi bahut badi baat hai. Unka eke k second bhi bahut keemti hai. That’s why I really appreciate it and thank you so much. Mujhe darr lagta hai unse, (I still remember when he tried to explain things with so much love, But, I was broken completely. I just wanted to go home at any cost. But yes, I respect that he gave me so much time while explaining things because even a second of Salman Khan is very expensive. I am scared of him). I don’t know why. Main kisi se nahi darti but when it comes to him, I get scared,” Khanzaadi told AajTak.
“I remember during my childhood days in school I was teased about what Khan meant. ‘Are you Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s relative?’ So whenever I used to come home and share it with my mother, she used to crack a joke and say ‘offcourse, we are related to them,’” she concluded.
Meanwhile, it is noteworthy that Khanzaadi’s fights were seen with almost all the members of the ‘Bigg Boss 17’ house. However, she shared a great bond with Anurag Dobal. Due to her estrangement, Khanzaadi did not even reach the show to be a part of the finale of ‘Bigg Boss 17’.
