Cheese dreams are made of this. Revel, the team behind east coast cheese festival Mould and Pinot Palooza, will bring both events to Perth in August for a three-day celebration for oenophiles and turophiles alike.
Mould will showcase more than 100 varieties of fromage from soft to hard, stinky to mild, and textured to earthy from close to 30 producers. The Grate Cheese Commission will present artisan cheeses created exclusively for the festival.
