Opposition must refrain from using only anti-Modi narrative: Omar Abdullah – MASHAHER

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, speaking at the India Today Conclave 2024, cautioned against the Opposition’s tendency to launch personal attacks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, noting that such attacks often backfire. Abdullah emphasised the need to move away from the narrative of being seen as solely anti-Modi.

Congress leader Sachin Pilot underscored the importance of the INDIA alliance, highlighting that despite BJP’s electoral success, a significant portion of the electorate did not vote for them.

Delhi Minister Atishi defended the alliance’s collaboration with parties like Congress, citing the larger danger posed by the ruling party and the need to protect the country’s constitutional institutions.
