Lawyers for William Tyrrell’s foster parents have asked a magistrate to deal with them by way of non-conviction as they get set to be sentenced for a slew of charges, a court has been told.
The foster mother and father will on Wednesday afternoon be sentenced in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court over a number of charges that arose after police planted surveillance devices in their home and car and secretly recorded 1000 hours of audio.
