Charity issues Easter appeal for forever homes as five dogs seek their ‘happily ever after’ | UK News – MASHAHER

An animal charity has issued an Easter appeal as it seeks forever homes for five of its dogs.

Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home said the holidays can be a “great time for families to find a new furry family member” and is urging all those thinking about adopting a pet to consider rehoming one from its care.

The charity has highlighted five dogs currently awaiting their happily ever after.

He is looking for an experienced and active owner as he has very high energy levels and will need a lot of exercise.

Cross-breed Tigger is also looking for an active owner who has experience with large-breed dogs.

This “sweet boy” is said to adore people and “dreams of finding an owner who will let him snuggle on the sofa”.

The charity said the “boisterous” dog needs a committed person who can manage his walks and help grow his confidence as he can become “easily overwhelmed” when outdoors and “reactive towards other dogs”.
