Jeremy Clarkson and Lisa Hogan had to rush one of their Diddly Squat dogs to the vets on Thursday following a scary-sounding incident at the farm.
Their young dog Sansa endured a thorn went into her eye, risking potential blindness.
Luckily, Clarkson and Hogan were seen by an eye vet surgeon after rushing to their local veterinarian in Chipping Norton.
Both the Clarkson’s Farm stars took to Instagram to share the update with fans, and assure them that the surgery had been a success.
Clarkson took to the social media platform to share a sweet snap of a sorry-looking Sansa with a cone on her head.
He captioned the post: “A huge thankyou to our local vets who saved Sansa’s eye this afternoon.

“A thorn went right through it,” he added before Hogan shared a similar snap on her own page.
Hogan delved a bit deeper into the circumstances, however, as she penned: “Sansa got a thorn through her eye this morning. It wasn’t pretty.
“Our local vet sent us to an eye vet surgeon. He did lots of tests to check that nothing was left remaining that he would have to surgically remove to save her eye.
“Vets are amazing. Happy to report that Sansa will live to see another day, with both eyes.”
It didn’t take long for Clarkson’s Farm fans to flood both posts with their well wishes for the adorable pooch.
One fan caught Hogan’s eye, however, as they replied: “I’m a vet nurse. I’ve seen a lot of ‘vet bashing’ today on social media..
“After a very busy day working at a charity vet hospital pre Bank Holiday its good to read a positive post about vets. Glad Sansa is OK. They’re such a worry.”
Hogan assured the fan: “I spent my weekends helping out in a veterinary clinic in Dublin as a teen, you are all amazing.” (sic)

Sansa will likely feature when Clarkson’s Farm returns for its third season on Amazon Prime Video in May.
Clarkson and Hogan will be back on screens alongside the likes of Kaleb Cooper, Charlie Ireland and the rest of the Diddly Squat family to delve into another year on the farm.
Meanwhile, Hogan has also been using her social media platform to hit back at Diddly Squat critics after she launched a new product for the farm shop.
After sharing the news of a new unisex perfume, Hogan responded to one disgruntled follower who criticised its look.
