Shehnaaz Gill has lent her voice for a song in the latestly released, ‘Patna Shuklla’. The song, titled ‘Dil Kya Irada Tera’, was released on March 29. The actor shared this news on Instagram and expressed her excitement over her debut as a playback singer for a film.
Sharing the song, she wrote, “MY FIRST EVER, as a playback singer for a film. #DilKyaIradaTera (sic).” Shehnaaz also thanked Arbaaz Khan for giving her this oppurtunity. “Thank you @arbaazkhanofficial for giving me this opportunity. The song is composed by Samuel and Akanksha and written by Manoj Kumar Nath. The film’s plot is centered around Raveena helping a student who has wrongfully been failed in an exam.
The film, directed by Vivek Budakoti, is set to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from March 29. Gill’s previous work includes ‘Thank You For Coming’, and her Hindi film debut with ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, which also starred Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Ventakesh Daggubati, and Bhumika Chawla.
