Hailed as India’s foremost news TV and digital awards, ENBA honours excellence in television news, recognising outstanding broadcasters and digital leaders pivotal in shaping the news industry in India.

The India Today Group’s exemplary performance at ENBA 2023 underscores its unwavering commitment to delivering gold-standard news content across multiple platforms. The prestigious awards ceremony recognised the group’s sterling coverage of major events, applauding its anchors, reporters, and editorial leadership for their journalistic endeavours.

Among the most notable achievements are Aaj Tak’s reaffirmation as market leader with its unprecedented overall performance, earning it the prestigious title of ‘News Channel of the Year – Hindi’.

India Today TV secured the award for ‘Best English News Channel,’ reinforcing its position as the most trusted name in English journalism. Good News Today’s dedication to fact-checking earned it a Special Award, highlighting its commitment to journalistic rigour.

Sweta Singh and Shiv Aroor were named Best Anchor in Hindi and English, respectively. India Today’s News Director Rahul Kanwal received the distinction of News Director of the Year in English.

India Today’s Consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai and Preeti Choudhry were celebrated for Best Talk Show in English, while Anjana Om Kashyap received the same accolade in Hindi.

UP Tak was honoured as the Best Digital Media News Channel in Hindi, with Vikrant Gupta and Pooja Shali recognised as the Best Anchor in Hindi and English (Digital), respectively. Supriya Prasad was recognised as the ENBA Media Maverick of the Year.

Furthermore, India Today.in and thelallantop.com received accolades for Best Digital Media News Microsite in English and Hindi respectively, reinforcing the group’s position as a frontrunner in digital news dissemination too.
