Actress Parineeti Chopra is putting an end to pregnancy rumours with a touch of humour! The actress, who tied the knot with politician Raghav Chadha six months ago, has been surrounded by speculation in recent weeks.

While promoting her upcoming film Amar Singh Chamkila, Parineeti noticed a constant buzz around her supposed pregnancy. Despite addressing it previously, the rumours persisted, often fuelled by her fashion choices. Loose clothing during promotional events seemed to spark speculation online.
On Monday, Parineeti took a playful approach, shutting down the rumours once and for all. She shared a video on social media, showcasing herself in a fitted outfit. The light-hearted video even included headlines referencing the pregnancy rumours. With a playful caption, “Entering my fitted clothes era,” Parineeti made her stance clear.
Having said that, it is worth mentioning here that post the trailer launch of Amar Singh Chamkila, Parineeti shared her reaction to her assumed pregnancy. For the unversed, Parineeti wore a loose black ‘kaftan dress’ for the event and many on the internet suggested that she was hiding her alleged ‘baby bump’. Pari wrote, “Kaftan dress = pregnancy. Oversized shirt = pregnancy. Comfy Indian kurta = pregnancy,” along with a laughing emoji on her Instagram story.
Besides this, previously, a source, quoted by Hindustan Times, had also denied the news. The source had said, “Parineeti likes to keep her private life guarded, but her actions also don’t suggest that she is pregnant. She has not pushed any of her work and shoot commitments in the future, and everything is running at the pace which was planned much earlier.”
Coming to the professional front, as mentioned above, Parineeti is awaiting the release of Amar Singh Chamkila. The Imtiaz Ali directorial will directly be released on Netflix on April 12. The biographical drama also featured Diljit Dosanjh.
