A class 11th student in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, died by hanging while attempting to prank his friend on April Fool’s Day. As a prank for his friends on April Fool’s Day on Monday, the student, during a video chat with his friend, stood on a stool and pretended to die to suicide.
With a rope around his neck and standing on a stool, the student was discussing his fake suicide with his friend to deceive him. This is when the stool slipped, causing the rope to tighten around his neck, resulting in his death.
Upon witnessing the incident, Abhishek’s friend swiftly informed his family, who then rushed him to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.
The police have registered a case, and an investigation has been launched into the death of the class 11th student in Indore, said Rajesh Dandotiya, Additional DCP.
