The city of Mazatlan in western Mexico became the first North American community to experience the total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8.

– Yeah. So this is– because of the craters and peaks and valleys in the moon, we’re seeing the last bits that are just getting through. And now we’re getting to totality. This is great. So you’re starting to see those pink fingers out there kind of sticking out.
