Service station and convenience chain OTR will back-pay, or credit, $2.3 million in annual leave entitlements to more than 1500 current and former employees in WA, SA and Victoria following a Fair Work Ombudsman investigation.
The regulator inspected 15 OTR sites and found employees had not been classified as shift workers, resulting in annual leave accrual entitlements not being met.
