A pair of star forwards will miss Thursday night’s crunch clash at Marvel Stadium, with Max King and Jamarra Ugle-Hagan both absent for their respective sides.
St Kilda has made just one change with King missing through a knee injury as expected, though it’s thankfully not as bad as first feared. Zak Jones returns to take his spot in the 23.
At the Bulldogs, Ugle-Hagan misses for personal reasons, allowing Rory Lobb to return to the senior side after his banishment to the reserves.

Tom Liberatore is also out through injury, in the concussion protocols after his concerning late-game fall against Essendon, while Oskar Baker has been omitted.

Caleb Daniel remains an emergency, continuing coach Luke Beveridge’s trend of sending players to the VFL for multiple weeks when they are omitted.
