Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, a television actress best known for her roles in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Banoo Main Teri Dulhan, and Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala, recently fractured both her forearms and had an emergency surgery. The actress was hurt after falling from a height. She has now been discharged from the hospital and is resting at home.

Divyanka has now published an Instagram reel, allowing her fans to see what she was up to on the day of the tragedy. The actor is seen with her fitness trainer, Kuldeep Rawat, during her gym session from what she refers to as her “iconic fractures day.” Divyanka is seen doing a shoulder stand, while Kuldeep is doing a handstand walk followed by a backflip. “What I got up to on ‘Iconic fractures day’! I pledge to return to it with much more.” Divyanka wrote in the caption of the video.
On Apil 19, Divyanka’s husband, Vivek Dahiya, posted about her accident on Instagram. The actor from Qayamat Ki Raat had an unplanned live session with fans, but his team informed him that he would be unable to go ahead with it due to his wife’s accident. They also published an X-ray report of Divyanka’s wounded hand and informed their followers that she was receiving surgery.
Following the procedure, he shared a video with an update on her health in which Divyanka is smiling as she thanks her fans, well-wishers, and physicians, informing them that her surgery was successful and she has been released from the hospital. She said, “Hello, meri surgery hogai hai. Mai discharge bhi already ho rahi hu. Hamare science ney kitni pragati kar li hai. (My surgery has been successful and I have been discharged from the hospital. We have made such progress in Science). My doctor was very happy with the recovery that I’m having now. Honestly, I have already started with my physio as I want to bounce back (sic).”
