Flipkart is all set to host its Big Saving Days sale on its platform starting May 2 and the platform has already revealed a few smartphone deals ahead of the event. Tipster Abhishek Yadav has also spotted an iPad deal on the e-commerce platform.
The teaser image shared by Yadav reveals that the 10th iPad will be available under Rs 30,000 segment during the upcoming sale event on Flipkart. The exact price is yet to be revealed and people will have to wait for a few more days to know more about it. But, should you even wait for this iPad deal?
The 10th iPad would be a decent purchase for anyone who wants to try and get into the Apple eco-system. However, people who want better specs should look for Android tablets like OnePlus Pad Go. You can go for the more premium version – OnePlus Pad – to get better performance and if this tablet gets some discount during the sale, then it would be a steal deal.
The 10th iPad, which was launched in 2022 at Rs 44,900, features a flat-edge design, broad bezels and even has support for 5G. The tablet doesn’t have Apple’s proprietary lightning port and includes a Type-C port for charging, which will make it easier for Android users to carry only one charger. The new iPhone 15 series also now comes with a USB port.
The tablet has a 10.9-inch display, and the power button on top doubles as a fingerprint scanner. The bezels are slimmer and the complete outlook is more in line with the rest of the iPad line-up. The iPad 2022 has a decent 12-megapixel camera sensor on the back and a 12-megapixel camera on the front with centre stage. The device is still eligible to receive years of software upgrades, which makes it a future-proof device.
The 10th generation iPad is powered by the A14 Bionic chipset, which is technically a very old chipset, but is no slouch when it comes to real-world performance. It can offer smooth performance for basic tasks. Other key features include support for the magic keyboard folio cover, 5G connectivity and more.
All-in-all, the iPad 10th generation gives a decent experience to anyone looking to get into the Apple eco-system.
