A desperate search is under way for two Perth brothers missing on a surfing trip in Mexico.
Family and friends are appealing for help to find Jake and Callum Robinson who haven’t been in touch with loved ones back in Australia since Saturday.
It’s understood Jake, who is a doctor, had been visiting his brother, a lacrosse player living in the US. The pair were travelling with another friend from the US.
According to local media reports, the trio had arrived in Santo Tomas at the weekend.
Local authorities are searching for the missing men, with one report claiming a woman had been arrested after being found in possession of one of the men’s phones and methamphetamine.
In a post on social media, the missing brothers’ mother Debra Robinson appealed for help.
“They are travelling with another friend, an American citizen,” she said.
“They were due to book into an Airbnb in Rosarito after their camping weekend, but they did not show up.
