Tigers halfback Aidan Sezer has shockingly avoided the sin bin after a blatant hip drop tackle on Bulldogs forward Josh Curran.
Curran fell awkwardly in the tackle and replays showed Sezer put his weight on the back of the Canterbury middle’s legs.
Despite Izack Tago receiving a sin bin for a similar tackle at the same ground on Thursday night, Sezer was spared by referee Kasey Badger and her decision left Michael Ennis stunned.
“That is a sin bin every day of the week… the reaction of the fans, they were stunned,” Ennis said.
