The Gold Coast Suns are seeking their first back-to-back wins over rivals Brisbane in almost a decade when the two side meet in Sunday’s QClash.
The Suns (4-3, 101%) came away shock 41-point winners the last time these two sides met.
The Lions (2-5, 94.2%) meantime are avoid a three-game losing streak that’s already seen them sink to a shock 14th on the ladder.

Brisbane has been boosted by the return of ruckman Oscar McInerney with coach Chris Fagan hoping his side can reclaim their crown as “kings of the north”.
“Every game’s important but when you’re 2-5 it’s becoming a little bit more critical,” he said.
“The stakes are high now … it’s a big moment in time.”
