The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center has issued a Tornado Watch for parts of southern Illinois, western Kentucky and southeastern Missouri until 5 p.m. CT. This includes Carbondale in Illinois, Paducah in Kentucky and Cape Girardeau in Missouri.
