Neymar has said he is “impatient” to return to action after celebrating Al Hilal’s Saudi Pro League (SPL) title with his teammates on Saturday.
Jorge Jesus’ team clinched their record-extending 19th league trophy on Saturday with a 4-1 win over Al Hazem which left them 12 points ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo‘s Al Nassr with three games left in the domestic season, and the Brazil star promised more “fun” next season amid praise for his teammates.

“I am very happy obviously. Winning titles is always good. The best thing would have been being on the pitch, but I am so happy for my teammates,” Neymar said.
“I am fine. I am feeling good. I am impatient to be back on the pitch. The fans are unbelievable.
“Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to give them the happiness they deserve but you can be sure that next season we are going to have a lot of fun.”
Neymar, 32, played just three SPL games for Al Hilal before rupturing his ACL on international duty in October and underwent surgery shortly afterwards. There is as of yet no timetable for his return.
