Ahan Shetty is gearing up for his second Hindi film after making his debut in 2021 with the Tara Sutaria starrer Tadap. In the second film titled Sanki, the actor will be sharing the screen with popular star Pooja Hegde for the first time. It seems that it is expected to feature multiple exciting action sequences and hence, Junior Shetty has reportedly ramped up his fitness regime to include five hours of daily workouts, to prepares for this high-octane thriller.

Sources close to the film have also recently revealed that international designer Kecha Khamphakdee has been roped in for designing multiple action sequences in the film. Considering the extensive measures which are being taken by the makers for this upcoming entertainer, we hear that Ahan Shetty too doesn’t want to leave any stone unturned and has taken up intense training sessions. In fact, the actor is aiming at having a noticeable physical transformation, as he wants to pump on extensive muscle mass.
Adding to it, sources also stated that Shetty’s commitment towards this extends beyond the gym. He recently took to Instagram to share a photo of himself taking an ice bath. This highlights the extra mile Ahan is willing to go for his role.
While Ahan’s love for sports and fitness is evident through his social media posts, we hear that he is exploring this sporty side of him, outside of the gym as well. He has taken to the social media platform to also share a video of himself playing cricket with his friends since he also shares a keen interest in it. Incidentally, he is also the brother-in-law of the Indian cricket player KL Rahul.
Earlier reports mentioned Ahan utilises a combination of ice baths, steam baths, and saunas – because he wants to develop a holistic approach towards fitness.
