Hannah Gutierrez has appealed her conviction of involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the Alec Baldwin film “Rust.”
Gutierrez, the film’s armorer, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, the maximum, in connection with the October 2021 shooting.
