A software engineer and his mother had a narrow escape after the bike they were travelling on was hit by a college bus in Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri district. The incident was captured on CCTV camera.
Santhanapandian and his mother were returning to Kuttapanayakanur after visiting their relatives on Saturday. When they were crossing Paiyanur, a speeding private college bus hit Santhanapandian’s bike, causing him to lose balance and fall on the road.
Santhanapandian and his mother narrowly escaped death as they almost came under the wheels of the bus.
The bus driver didn’t stop and sped away. Meanwhile, bystanders took Santhanapandian and his mother to the hospital. Both sustained injuries in the accident.
