Officer body cameras in Florida caught dramatic video of a man in scrubs being pulled over by cops. It turns out the man, William Wright Adams, was a plastic surgeon. But the procedure he was on his way to perform would have to wait. What police found in his vehicle has some calling him “Doctor Meth.” Authorities say this isn’t the first time Dr. Adams was charged with carrying a bag of methamphetamine. Lisa Guerrero has more.
