Fremantle forward Sam Switkowski has revealed he suffered multiple concussions while playing junior football and they played a key role in keeping him sidelined following head knocks this season.
Switkowski missed three games after Fremantle’s round six loss to Port Adelaide, despite playing that entire match. He reported delayed concussion symptoms two days later and then continued to feel unwell.
