GRAND CHUTE — Twenty self-storage units are under constructed on French Road across from the Outagamie County Dog Park.
In August 2023, the town of Grand Chute approved French Road Storage for the construction of self-storage units across 15.6 acres and two separate parcels, 3179 and 3255 N. French Road.
Access to the storage units will come from two separate driveways on North French Road.
The developer, Fox Structures, Inc., did not provide a date for when the project would be complete.
It’s not the only development happening north of Interstate 41. A new Johnson Bank office is under construction near Richmond Street, and work continues on The Edge, an apartment complex located on West Evergreen Drive.
