MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was in critical condition after being shot at a gym in East Memphis Friday morning.
Memphis Police responded to a shooting at a gas station near the Poplar and Perkins Extended a little before 6 a.m. They found a man shot and took him to Regional One in critical condition.
According to reports, the shooting occurred in the 4600 block of Spottswood Avenue.
Photos showed glass blown out at the ATC Fitness at a shopping center on Spottswood, where the shooting is believed to have occurred.

Police later reported that the man had been treated and released from Regional One hospital.
