TodayTix Group has acquired Arthouse, a full-service digital advertising agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the companies said that Arthouse will operate independently. The company’s founder, Sara Fitzpatrick, will continue to oversee the business with her team.
The partners say that the union will bring together Arthouse’s expertise in digital strategy and creative design with TodayTix Group’s consumer ticketing technology. The goal, they said, is to enable brands, creators and producers to more easily and effectively connect with their target audiences.
“We are thrilled to embark on this journey with Arthouse and its powerhouse founder, Sara,” said Brian Fenty, CEO of TodayTix Group. “Their dedication to delivering compelling and strategic digital advertising solutions perfectly aligns with our mission to provide unparalleled access to engaged and relevant audiences. Together, we will unlock new and more tailored avenues for brands to engage with their fans.”
“Partnering with TodayTix Group presents an exciting opportunity for us to expand our reach and deliver enhanced value to our clients,” Fitzpatrick said. “By combining our creative prowess with [TodayTix Group’s] innovative technology, we can craft digital advertising campaigns that not only captivate but also drive real engagement and impact. We are eager to collaborate with [TodayTix Group] to deliver exceptional experiences for brands and audiences alike.”
TodayTix Group has made a series of acquisitions in recent years. It purchased Goldstar, a live events ticketing platform; Show-Score, a Rotten Tomatoes-like service for live theater; Encore, a London-based ticketer; Secret Cinema, a London-based entertainment company; and Broadway Roulette, a service that helps selects Broadway shows for users that specify a date and preference between musicals or plays.
