OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The United States Marshals Service arrested a man on Thursday on a First Degree Rape charge.
On June 3, an elderly victim was attacked. According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the investigation pointed to 28-year-old Gavino Lopez as the suspect.

He was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on June 6 near NW 28th St. and I-44 on a warrant for First Degree Rape.
The Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections says Lopez was serving time under the supervision of a community sentencing program at the time of his arrest. He also has previous convictions.
