Two 18-year-olds are believed to have suffered stab wounds and two other people — both 16 years-old — are in custody after a dramatic incident in the suburb of Karrinyup on Sunday afternoon.
Police were first called to the suburb at about 2.40pm, after first getting a phone call from a member of the public that a person had been stabbed.
