Police have charged a man over a confronting hit and run in Albany who they say deliberately swerved to hit the victim in the “random attack”.
After calling for witnesses on Tuesday, police arrested and charged a 34-year-old Elleker man with one count of an unlawful act or omission with intent to harm.
