Sara Ali Khan is the latest guest on Mid-day’s with Hitlist by Mayank Shekhar. Sara continued by explaining how she has always questioned why the paparazzi pursued her even before she made her big film debut. She said, “Haan, meri maa kalakar hain, father bhi actor hain, toh phir mere peeche kyun pade hain?”
Despite having two accomplished parents, she revealed that between her mother and father Saif Ali Khan, she always took her father for a PTA meeting. She further said her teacher often shared her admiration and said, “The teacher’s like, ‘Oh, she’s amazing’.”
Sara made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film Kedarnath, co-starring When questioned about growing up with her mother Amrita, who is also a prominent performer. Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan’s highly anticipated film Metro… In Dino is due to release on November 29. Anurag Basu has directed the anthology film, which stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and Konkona Sen Sharma in prominent parts.
Sara will also co-star with Ayushmann Khurrana in an upcoming action comedy. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment will collaborate to produce the film. Aakash Kaushik will helm the picture, which is still untitled.
