Producer Mahaveer Jain, known for backing incredible stories like Uunchai, Good Luck Jerry and Ram Setu among others, recently watched Kartik Aaryan-starrer Chandu Champion. He said he was “completely blown away” by the film, which is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Kabir Khan. The filmmaker said the film has an “exceptional & uplifting story”.

Mahaveer Jain stated, “Films like Chandu Champion come once in many years. Incredible level of excellence & finesse. Thank you for telling this rare story so beautifully. It truly deserves a standing ovation from us. Special mention to Murali (Murlikant Petkar) Sir, what a man you are – What you did is unbelievable & deeply inspiring. Huge respect, Sir.”
He praised Kabir Khan & Sajid Nadiadwala for “telling such a gritty story so well and inspiring thousands of people”. He also praised Kartik Aryan for his “exemplary performance in portraying Murli Sir’s character”. “The entire team deserves all the love and appreciation for the extraordinary film,” he added.
Jain also commented that stories like Chandu Champion, 12th Fail, and Srikanth inspire many people and contribute significantly to the country. On the work front, Mahaveer Jain is producing a comedy film with Akshay Kumar, along with Fukrey director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. His next film to hit the theatres is a family drama in collaboration with Ektaa Kapoor. The project aims to captivate audiences and bridge the generation gap. The trailer for this family film was recently unveiled in theatres along with the theatrical show of Chandu Champion.
