Perth have sensationally dropped leading goalkicker Harry Quartermaine because of team balance as they prepare to take on a desperate Claremont at Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday.
Quartermaine, 22, has kicked 14 goals in seven games for the Demons this season – four more than the next best – leading the forward line in the absence of injured recruit Aaron Clarke who returned from injury last weekend.
