Harris County Judge Kelli Johnson was arrested early Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence. Investigators say they found prescription bottles in her car. She’s the same judge suspected of drinking and driving in April, but was let go after deputies said she passed enough of the field sobriety test.
