In an interview with TOI, Randeep shared his joy and contentment in his marriage. “It is treating me well. I am in a better space,” the Sultan actor revealed. He highlighted how being married has influenced his daily habits, such as prioritizing going home on time and enjoying home-cooked meals.
Embracing Lin’s culture
Randeep also discussed his adaptation to Lin’s culture since their wedding. Reflecting on their wedding pictures shared on social media, he mentioned, “I didn’t know about it earlier,” indicating his willingness to embrace new traditions. He fondly recalled his mother’s emotional reaction during the ceremony, saying, “She was crying and laughing at the same time.”
Their love story
Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram married in an intimate traditional Meitei ceremony in Imphal, Manipur, on November 29 last year. The couple, who met during a play and lived together during the lockdown, often share glimpses of their loving relationship on social media. On their wedding day, Randeep posted fairy tale-like pictures on Instagram, captioning them, “From today, we are One #JustMarried.”
Professional front
Randeep made his Bollywood debut in 2011. His latest film, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, released on March 22, 2024, was directed, co-written, and co-produced by him. Lin Laishram, known for her roles in Om Shanti Om, Mary Kom, and Jaane Jaan, continues to make her mark in the film industry.
