Five people have been taken to hospital after a fire ripped through a block of flats in east London.
Around 70 firefighters and 10 fire engines attended the blaze on Rymill Street in North Woolwich on Thursday night.
Most of a three-roomed flat on the 10th floor was damaged, London Fire Brigade said.
Four people were led to safety by fire crews, while 100 residents were taken to a local rest centre, it added.
It’s control centre received around 30 calls about the blaze.
The brigade was alerted to the fire at around 10.30pm and the blaze was under control just before midnight.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
