One person is dead following a crash in Rochester on Saturday.
At approximately 2:26 a.m.., Rochester Police responded to the crash at the intersection of Broad Street and South Clinton Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered a 39-year-old city man suffering from significant injuries. The man was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, police said.
The names of those involved in the crash have not been released.
Police said they do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
