The Bollywood actress is currently gearing up for her upcoming YRF Spy Universe movie, and her dedication to the role is evident in her rigorous training sessions. Often spotted at the gym and sharing glimpses of her workouts on social media, Alia’s commitment is inspiring fans.

On June 30, Alia’s fitness trainer took to Instagram to share a picture from their latest Sunday workout session. The photo captures the duo, both dressed in workout attire, striking a victory pose with wide smiles. The caption accompanying the post reveals, “Cheer for the BLUES the night before and BLEED BLUE on the turf with a running session early next morning. Sunday? What Sunday? Keep on hustling…,” the trainer wrote, further adding, “I think we were both feeling a lil patriotic this morning – totally co-incidental but worth a picture @aliaabhatt.”
This glimpse into Alia’s workout routine comes shortly after she expressed her elation at India’s World Cup win. Sharing pictures of the team, Alia wrote, “hum jeeeeeeeet gayeeeeeeeee. Tears of joy tears of everything!!!! Congratulations team INDIA!!!!!!! What a win!!!!!,” clearly resonating with the nation’s celebratory mood.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt’s Jigra, an action thriller directed by Vasan Bala, is slated for a theatrical release on October 11, 2024. The movie, co-produced by Alia’s own production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions, and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, sees Alia share screen space with Vedang Raina for the first time.
Beyond Jigra and the YRF Spy Universe film with Sharvari Wagh, Alia has another project on the horizon – Love & War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and scheduled for a Christmas 2025 release.
