Severe thunderstorms rocked eastern Colorado on Sunday, June 30, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Timelapse footage filmed by Chad Casey along Highway 287 shows a shelf cloud making its way over Aroya. A sped-up herd of cows can be seen zipping hither and yon as the storm progresses.
