Right from Laila Majnu, actor Avinash Tiwary has been impressing the audience with his craft. His last film, Madgaon Express was also quite loved, and now Avinash will be next seen in Sikandar Ka Muqaddar helmed by Neeraj Pandey. After the web-series Khakee, the two are collaborating once again and in a recent interaction, the filmmaker also confessed of being fond of Avinash.

Ahead of the release of the filmmaker’s next film Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, Neeraj Pandey hosted a Reddit AMA session, answering some of the questions about his films. During the same, a social media user asked Neeraj Pandey’s thoughts on Avinash Tiwary. The user also added how Avinash was ‘brilliant in Khakee, everything about his performance was great – the body language, bihari accent, emotional journey, etc.’ Responding to this, Neeraj wrote, “He was so good that we decided to work again on Sikandar Ka Muqqadar, which is coming on Netflix.”
About Sikandar Ka Muqaddar
The heist thriller, which is in collaboration with Netflix India, was announced in February along with a post on a social media.
Neeraj Pandey spoke about the venture and shared, “In continuation with the upward partnership trajectory between Netflix and Friday Storytellers, we are extremely excited to announce our next film, titled Sikandar Ka Muqaddar! A heist thriller, Sikandar Ka Muqaddar is a story which spans 18 years and will be shot across multiple locations in India and abroad. I am looking forward to working with an exciting and talented ensemble cast and the Friday Storytellers team and looking to release this in the latter part of the year. We hope our audiences give us the same love and appreciation as they have done on our previous projects!”
