Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, currently filming for the upcoming romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, recently offered a glimpse into his day on set through a social media post. The picture, shared on his Instagram story, features a steaming cup of chai, keeping him warm during the shoot.

This update piqued fans’ interest, particularly because it included a shoutout to his co-star, Sanya Malhotra. Dhawan expressed his gratitude to Malhotra and shared a photo from the shoot. It seems like they are filming a dance sequence.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari has generated significant buzz since its announcement. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Rohit Saraf. Maniesh Paul, a popular television personality and actor, is also a part of the ensemble.
Filming for Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari began in May 2024 with a customary “mahurat” puja (a prayer ceremony) attended by the cast and crew. Dhawan shared glimpses of the ceremony on his social media, showcasing the excitement surrounding the project.
The film is scheduled to hit theatres on April 18, 2025.
