TOQUERVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — A vehicle was fully engulfed in flames on I-15 northbound near Toquerville, with the fire spreading into the grass and bushes on the side of the interstate.
The fire started a little before 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 4. According to Lt. Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol, a Land Rover that was towing a boat caught fire for an unknown reason.
The incident was blocking three lanes, but around 5 p.m., the fire was put out and roads were clear. There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
There is no further information at this time.
