Buildings, Roads Submerged as Major Flooding Hits Lyndonville – MASHAHER

Vermont residents awoke to flooding on Thursday morning, July 11, after as much as 6 inches of rain fell on parts of the state over July 10 and 11, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
