On Friday, July 18, Rajinikanth, who shares a close bond with the Ambani family, decided to fly down all the way to Mumbai from Chennai. The Tamil megastar arrived in the city of Mumbai, where the high-profile wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is being held, and he was accompanied by not only his wife Latha but also his younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth, latter’s husband Ved, as well as her kids. In a recent video that found its way on social media, the actor along with Bollywood star Anil Kapoor created an iconic dance moment.

Several videos from the Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wedding have already found it’s way on social media. In one of the videos, we can see, in what seems to be one of the rarest moments, Rajinikanth letting it loose and grooving to the beats in a live performance. While the Tamil megastar is often known for his simplicity and subtleness, he decided to let loose and break into a dance as he turned baarati for the groom. Moreover, the actor was also accompanied by Anil Kapoor. In the same video, later the megastar matches his energy with none other than the very enthusiastic Ranveer Singh.

Meanwhile, speaking of the high-profile wedding, the main ceremony will be held on July 12. Anant Ambani will be tying the knot with his childhood sweetheart Radhika Merchant in a traditional Gujarati ceremony at Jio World Drive, BKC. The couple will also be hosting a Shubh Aashirwad function on July 13, followed by Mangal Utsav and reception, which will be held on July 14.
