SHAH ALAM: The Sessions Court here has fined KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn Bhd (KK Mart) and its supplier Xin Jian Chang Sdn Bhd RM60,000 each over the controversial “Allah socks” issue.
The court also granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) to KK Mart founder Datuk Seri Chai Kee Kan and his wife Datin Seri Loh Siew Mui.
The court also acquitted and discharged three officers from Xin Jian Chang which supplied the socks to KK Mart, Reported Sinar Harian.
