TX. Gov. Abbott gives harsh warning to CenterPoint Energy – MASHAHER

(KIAH) — TX. Gov. Abbott called on the Public Utility Commission to investigate CenterPoint, in light of its response to power restoration efforts in Hurricane Beryl. Seven Days after the storm, more than 400,000 people are still without power. Parts of Galveston are also without power, including Isla Del Sol, Sea Isle and parts of Jamaica Beach.
