FOND DU LAC – Three suspects have been arrested in the 18 Hands Ale Haus robbery that occurred June 24, Fond du Lac Police Department said in a news release July 16.
The robbery had occurred around 8:40 p.m. at the bar at 18 E. Division St., during which a staff member was thrown to the ground before the suspects left with an undisclosed amount of cash, the department said.
Social media posts about the robbery circulated and aided the investigation with tips from the community leading the department to the Manitowoc area.
Manitowoc Police Department and Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest of a 26-year-old Manitowoc man and a 23-year-old Manitowoc woman July 8. Both are in custody at the Manitowoc County Jail and were held on felony probation warrants.

Officers found evidence of the robbery at a Manitowoc residence when executing a search warrant, leading to referral of charges. The man was referred on a charge of robbery with the use of force, and the woman was referred on a charge of robbery with the use of force, party to the crime.
Additionally, a third suspect, 16 years old, was referred on the charge of robbery with the use of force, party to the crime.
No other details were released by the Fond du Lac County Police Department.
