Motorists Drive Through Flooded Toronto Streets – MASHAHER


Heavy rain caused widespread flooding across the Greater Toronto Area on Tuesday, July 16.

Multiple roads were submerged, including sections of the Don Valley Parkway, and train stations were inundated. More than 167,000 customers were without power, reports said.
